Edward Everett Hale House, (Greek Revival - circa 1841)
12 Morley Street, Roxbury (1985-1992).
BRA contracted with HBI in the amount of $185,000 to conduct partial exterior restoration of this structure, as a more efficient way of fulfilling the obligations of a 1970's HUD urban renewal close-out agreement which required preservation of several key Highland Park Houses.
