Cedar Street Marble Row Houses, 28-46 Cedar Street, Roxbury (1983-present).

Provided $200,000 construction loan/line of credit to Urban Edge and granted Urban Edge $30,000 toward project costs as lead lender/grantor with the Architectural Heritage Foundation in order to help provide home ownership opportunities for people of low and moderate incomes. Provided $25,000 of technical assistance to the project and funded condo association training in business management. Hold preservation restriction agreement (easement) on the project.
