Alvah Kittredge House, Roxbury

The Alvah Kittredge House at 10 Linwood Street in Roxbury was built in 1836 and moved to its current site around 1896. Historic Boston became the owner on June 6, 2011 and plans to redevelop it as three units of market rate housing and two units of affordable housing. Weather protection, stabilization and exploratory work have been completed, and architectural planning for the redevelopment is now under way.
