Preservation Easements: entering into agreements that protect historic buildings while providing tax advantages to their donors.
Historic Neighborhood Centers: providing intensive technical assistance and services for property rehabilitation and development in Boson’s neighborhood commercial districts.
Neighborhood Field Services: working with local preservation partners and community based partners to provide preservation planning and technical assistance in Boston’s neighborhood commercial districts.
The Steeples Project: offering funding and expertise to active congregations preserving their houses of worship.
