In 2000, HBI produced a feasibility study to redevelop this distinguished block in Roxbury's historic Highland Park neighborhood.

Under a licensing agreement with the BRA, the then owner of units #7 and #8, HBI completed the exterior rehabilitation of both #8 (March 2002) and #7 (September 2002). Both units have since been sold by the BRA to two neighborhood individuals who are nearing completion on interior fit-outs. Each building will be owner-occupied and also house one rental apartment, creating a total of four new units of housing.
